  • Strict/weighted ring dips between sets

WOD

Four 3-minute rounds of:

  • 400m Run
  • 7 DL, 275#/205#
  • ME pushups in remaining time (focus is perfect pushups)

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Score is time through the deadlifts for each round.
