- Complete 5 reps of {2 wall climbs + 15 sec HS hold}
Conditioning
Death by:
- Front squat, 95#/65#
- Burpee over bar
1 of each in minute 1, 2 of each in minute 2, etc.
If you fail before minute 10, rest 1 minute and complete 2 rounds for time of FS + burpees with the reps of the last successful minute completed
