In teams of 2, complete 10 rounds of:

  • 7 Deadlift 315#/205#
  • 200m Run
  • 14 one-arm KB Push Jerk, 53#/35# (7 on one arm, then 7 on the other)

Partners alternate rounds, so each partner does 5 rounds.
