  • 2:00 Rest between; ball must be carried in front of torso

Strength

Complete 5 rounds of, NOT FOR TIME, of:

  • 5 Bench press across, ~80% (all rounds should be unbroken)
  • 10 Pistols, alternating legs; weighted if you can
