  • 6 Double DB Squat clean thrusters, 50#/35#
  • 200m Run
  • ME Double unders in remaining time

Rest 1:00 between rounds; goal is consistency (score slowest round)

Skill work

E2O2x5 complete FOR QUALITY:

  • 5 Push jerks @ 70% + 1 set straight leg kipping toes-to-bar
