At CrossFit Wash Park, we understand that there may be more to helping you pursue a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle than the hour that you spend in a CrossFit class. With that in mind, we offer one-on-one nutrition programming with our coach and Nutrition Specialist, Ashely McDonald, as well as on-site physical therapy with Dr. Kristin Sanchez.

For anyone looking to go beyond our daily workouts, whether that is spending time working on a weakness or working towards mastery in a certain area, we offer individualized programming, accessory programming and one-on-one sessions. Sign up with one of our coaches today!
