MembershiP:
Our Monthly Membership grant you access to any of our classes, Monday through Saturday, with additional open gym times as well! We are open 7 days a week, including many more hours than just the class times - check the schedule here for details. Your membership also gives you access to all of our monthly gym-wide events, workout tracking via SugarWOD, and use of our gym’s RomWOD account (log on before or after class to get your #SwoleAndFlexy game on point)!
Nutrition Coaching
At CrossFit Wash Park, we understand that there may be more to helping you pursue a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle than the hour that you spend in a CrossFit class. With that in mind, we offer one-on-one nutrition programming with either of our Nutrition Coaches, Ashely McDonald and Brittney Gaillot, in the form of a one-hour consult, or ongoing monthly coaching.
We are also a Fit Republic Foods pick up location so CFWP athletes can have fresh and healthy meals delivered right to them at the gym!
Additional Programs
We have added a variety of clubs and programs throughout the year for a subset of our athletes who might be interested in participating in programming beyond what we typically offer. This includes Barbell Club, Row/Bike Club (culminates in a marathon row or 100k bike), Track Club, and Engine building Club. We also offer 4 week Gymnastics programs (Novice, Intermediate and Advanced) as well as a Midline program.
For anyone looking to go beyond our daily workouts, whether that is spending time working on a weakness or working towards mastery in a certain area, we offer individualized programming, additional accessory programming and one-on-one sessions. We can help with anything that you might need on your fitness journey!
CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens run in 6-8 weeks blocks throughout the year.
