Accessory Work- Our coaches at CrossFit Wash Park want to make sure you have the tools to hit your goals. Whether it's working on gymnastics or getting pointers on Olympic Lifts, we are happy to give you accessory work to go along with our class programming.
Individualized/Personalized Programming- We offer individualized/personalized programming for athletes wanting to take their training to the next level. You can set up regular check-ins with one of our coaches who can tailor your training to your specific needs and goals.
One-on-One sessions- Our coaches are available for one-on-one sessions with our athletes. This is a great way to get individualized coaching or direct feedback in a 30 or 60 minute session. We are happy to tailor these to the athletes needs!
