Remote CoachinG: What to do, how to do it, when to do it

Even when gyms re-open, we understand many folks will not be interested or comfortable returning to an in-gym fitness experience. But exercising at home is a challenge for most folks even in the best of times, and in the current pandemic many of us are struggling with getting or staying in shape. If you muster up the motivation to get some exercise, now you have to figure what to do, decide if you’re sure you know how to do it safely, and then adjust based on what you have available at home. Repeating that day after day becomes overwhelming. Whether you have a full garage gym, or literally zero equipment - we can help.

After being worried I’d slowly get out of shape training at home with just a pair of dumbbells, it’s been a shock to see how effective CFWP’s Remote Coaching has been. I feel like I haven’t lost a beat!

Proven Remote Coaching Experience

Since COVID started, we’ve successfully transitioned our entire community of ~200 athletes to training at home! Don’t take our word for it, check out some examples of how we help you train at home (see right/below) and what our athletes are saying about their remote coaching experience.

Over 8 weeks with CFWP Remote Coaching, I’ve made strength gains taht exceeded my expectations and have never been bored with the workouts. Highly recommend!

Our staff has over 10 years of FULL TIME strength & conditioning coaching experience, and we’re committed to providing a professional personal experience catered to YOUR individual health and wellness needs. You can find collections of random workouts anywhere online, what you get with us is a personal relationship, a coach who ensures you’re eating well and moving safely, and daily contact that will keep you committed.

I have a full garage gym that wasn’t getting much use. Now I’m out there every day, and recently PR’d my clean after following the CFWP Remote Coaching program since March.
