Operating Hours

Mon-Fri classes: 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm (no 6pm Fri)

Mon-Fri open gyms: All day between classes

Sat: Classes 8am, 9am; Open Gym 10am-1130am
