Side Programs
Throughout the year, we offer various 8-week programs for specific interests: Barbell Club (twice/year) and Row/Bike/Run Club are the two most popular! Programs include a kick-off, t-shirt, and finale.
ACCESSORY Programming
These 4-5 week programs are intended to supplement the strength/skill developed in class programming. They can be started at any time, and include 3x/week plan to be done before or after class.

Private training
One-on-one sessions are available for those with a current CFWP membership, or those that prefer private training to group classes. Scheduled on your availability!
