“...I ran the race with a smile on face all 26 miles and had a great time doing it. In the end, I finished with 3:05, a Boston qualifying time, which for me is just fine!

I wanted to say thank you for all the years of training, not just physically, but mentally. I don’t think I’d be able to run the way I am now without you and all the coaches at CFWP pushing me and everyone there to ignore the pain and push on. So to you and all the coaches at CFWP, thank you!!”

“At CrossFit Wash Park, Ethan has managed to create an incredible environment that challenges every athlete at any level to be their best selves. The community, coaches, programming, and equipment, all promote an environment for the success of each member of the gym from the "OGs" to the first-timers and drop in athletes.

Ashley was a D1 volleyball player at Saint Louis University, and started CrossFit in 2014 after her sister begged her to come to class! She is a firefighter for the Thornton Fire Department, a 2016 and 2017 CrossFit Games athlete and a current drop-in athlete at CFWP.

"Ethan is one of the most honest, hardworking, coaches I have ever trained with. His commitment to building a welcoming community and fit and durable athletes, is something rare. Anybody that wants a challenging and safe workout, should visit CrossFit Wash Park."

Garrett has been with us since the summer of 2016. He played soccer as a goalkeeper at the University of Pennsylvania in Philly (D1) where he learned some Olympic lifting during the off season. After college he started riding mountain bikes and running a lot and since then has done a bunch of 7 day mountain bike stage races locally, in Canada and in France! Before coming to Denver, he dropped in at a couple of CrossFit gyms in San Francisco, but it wasn't till CFWP that he realized he found his home; the coaching was bar none, the community and people were supportive, and so he's committed to working out 2-3 days a week since starting at CFWP! He has participated in a couple of local comps and can't wait until the next opportunity to throw down!
