Class Schedule
CrossFit Wash Park currently offers classes 6 days a week and is open 7 days a week. Currently the schedule is:
Mon - Thurs: 6am, 12pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Fri: 6am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday: 9am, 10am
Open gym: Mon - Sat, 11am-12pm, Sun 10am-12pm
***Other class times to be added as growth demands.
Classes are restricted to 12 athletes to maintain a high level of personal instruction, and members must sign up at least 24-hours in advance. Membership options are as follows:
3 classes per week: month-to-month or reduced rates for contract/auto-pay options
Unlimited classes per week: month-to-month or reduced rates for contract/auto-pay options
Punchcard good for 10 classes in a three month period
Drop-in for irregular/out-of-town athletes with prior CrossFit experience
CrossFit Wash Park offers a 10% discount on monthly memberships for all Fire, Police, Active Duty Military, & Teachers. Discounts also apply for same household/family members.

Getting Started
New athletes interested in continuing to attend CrossFit Wash Park classes must complete 4 introductory Elements classes as part of our Introductory package to learn the many body weight, barbell lifting, and gymnastic movements utilized in regular classes as well as to prepare for the intensity necessary in the regular group classes. The Elements classes are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7pm. Different movements are covered in each of the 4 Elements classes spanning two weeks, and new athletes must complete all 4 prior to moving on to our regular classes. If a particular class is missed, new athletes can continue to attend any/all Elements classes until the required 4 classes are complete, or schedule a private session to make up a specific class for the reduced private training rate. The Elements Introductory Package also includes unlimited free classes for the remainder of the athlete's month once the 4 Elements classes are finished.
Individual or Small Group Training
Prefer a one-on-one training session? Want to train with only 1 or 2 people of your choice? CrossFit Wash Park offers one-hour individual or small group training sessions (max of 3 athletes) by appointment. The introductory classes are NOT required for this type of training.
Please contact us to schedule private individual or small group training.
Additionally, athletes are welcome to mix and match between private sessions and group classes once 4 private sessions (or the Elements classes) have been completed.
