Not Your Typical CrossFit Gym

CrossFit Wash Park is an emerging neighborhood fitness community in Denver, Colorado that combines weightlifting, gymnastic movements and endurance activities into constantly varied, high intensity workouts.  We run, jump, squat, push, pull, throw, swing, and move heavy objects - basically all the elements of sport that are fun!

New to CrossFit?  No problem!  All fitness and experience levels are welcome at CrossFit Wash Park, as each workout is individually customized to your abilities. We understand that CrossFit can be intimidating for newcomers, but we believe that our emphasis on small class sizes, excellent coaching, and a friendly, welcoming environment is a great combination for beginners.  Every one of our athletes pushes themselves to the limit, wherever their individual limit may be. We believe that putting yourself in this type of environment on a regular basis inspires you to give your best effort each and every time you show up.  You will be amazed at what you can accomplish!

Experienced CrossFitters find our community appealing as well, as we are not and do not strive to be a "big box" CrossFit facility with huge classes and cliques of athletes.  Many of our former beginners are advancing at an incredible rate, and we believe this is in large part due to our consistent focus on weightlifting fundamentals and maintaining a low athlete to coach ratio.  At CrossFit Wash Park, you will not be "that guy with brown hair who works out in the evenings", but an integral part of a group of people that love helping each other get leaner, faster and stronger.  You will know everyone, and they will be pulling for you each time you attempt a PR and finish a WOD.  Everyone knows that sometimes it's difficult to find the motivation to get to the gym. We work hard to create an environment that makes you want to come in and work hard.

Located at 685 S. Broadway in the Denver Design Center, CrossFit Wash Park also operates in a setting unlike most CrossFit gyms - we are not in a warehouse or industrial park, but instead run classes in an inviting commercial complex with large windows that let the sun in.  We are in a vibrant neighorhood of Denver near Wash Park, Platt Park, DU, Baker, and South Broadway, yet there is always plenty of off-street parking available in our private lot. We like to consider ourself a boutique CrossFit facility that is just a bit different from many others.
