then in remaining time each minute:

  • ME wall balls, 20#/14# (goal is to be consistent with the wall ball output)

Rest 2 Minutes, then

  • 5 Box jumps, 36"/30"

then in remaining time each minute:

  • ME burpees over bar (goal is to be consistent with the burpee output)
