10 Minute AMRAP of:

  • 10 Wall balls, 20#/14#
  • 10 C2B Pullups
  • 10 Box jumps, 30"/24"

Wall balls increase by 10 every round (so 10 in round 1, 20 in round 2, 30 in round 3, etc).  Pullups and box jumps remain at 10 reps all rounds.
