- 30 Sec ME Unbroken Clean & jerk, 135#/95#, 30 sec off
- 30 Sec ME Burpee over bar, 30 sec off
- 30 Sec ME Double unders, 30 sec off
Score for each movement is the lowest of the 4 rounds. Aim for consistency.
