WOD 1

In 10 minutes, with partners alternating rounds, complete AMRAP of:

  • 5 Squat cleans, 135#/95#
  • 5 Box-facing burpee box jumps, 24”/20”

WOD 2

In 10 minutes, with one partner working at a time, complete AMRAP of:

  • 20 Toes-to-bar, resting partner holds barbell at top of deadlift, 155#/105# (minimum reps: 5/athlete)
  • 40 One arm alternating DB snatches 50#/35#, resting partner holds barbell in front rack, 155#/105# (minimum reps: 15/athlete)
  • 20 Pullups, resting partner holds barbell at top of deadlift, 155#/105# (minimum reps: 5/athlete)
  • 40m One arm OH DB lunges 50#/35#, resting partner holds barbell in front rack, 155#/105# (minimum reps: 16m/athlete)

Floater 1

In 3 minutes complete:

  • Max distance yoke carry (4x35#/2x35#) + max reps S2OH 115#/75#.  Partners must switch every 20m on the yoke.

Floater 2

For time:

  • Partner 1: 50m sled push down + 200m run + 50m sled push back
  • Partner 2: 50m sled push down + 200m run + 50m sled push back
