WOD

2 rounds for reps of each of:

  • 2 minute ME Row (for calories)
  • Rest 1 minute
  • 2 minute ME Power cleans, 155#/115#
  • Rest 1 minute
  • 2 minute ME S2OH, 155#/115#
  • Rest 1 minute

Aim to be consistent across rounds; pick a target in round 1 you think you can match in round 2.
