- HS walking practice between sets
Conditioning
10 Minute alternating EMOM of:
- 10 UB Thrusters, you pick the weight
- Pullups, you pick the reps: 1 set if you can do 10+ UB, 0:30 cap if doing more than 1 set
Goal is consistency for each movement
