- Due to a redevelopment project, we are moving! Starting Monday 8/7 we will run classes at 700 W. Mississippi Unit C1! The last classes at 393 S Broadway are Friday 8/4 530am/630am then we will be closed until Monday 8/7 when a normal schedule will resume.
- Curious about CrossFit or looking for a new CF gym? We'd love to have you come in for a free class and see what we're all about!
