10 Min Alternating EMOM of

  • 2 Squat cleans, 80-90%
  • 1 set Strict HSPU, you pick the reps to be consistent each round

Conditioning

10 Min EMOM of:

  • 8 Box jump overs, 24"/20"
  • 6 Hang power clean, 115#/80#
  • 4 Push jerks, 115#/80#

Complete all movements each minute.  Scale reps as needed to finish by 0:45 each minute.
