- 1 set Strict HSPU, you pick the reps to be consistent each round
Conditioning
10 Min EMOM of:
- 8 Box jump overs, 24"/20"
- 6 Hang power clean, 115#/80#
- 4 Push jerks, 115#/80#
Complete all movements each minute. Scale reps as needed to finish by 0:45 each minute.
