  • 1 Push press + 1 Push jerk + 1 Split jerk
  • Start at 70% of your push press max and build until the movements break down

Conditioning

For time, complete 10-20-30-40 of:

  • Wall balls, 20#/14#
  • KB swings, 53#/35#
