Strength

  • Hang squat snatch, 5x2
  • Strict/weighted pullups between sets

WOD

EMOM for 10 minutes:

  • 4 Burpee over bar
  • 4 Power snatch, 135#/95#
  • 4 C2B Pullups

If you finish under 30 seconds in any minute, add a rep to at least 1 movement.  If you cannot finish in 40 seconds, take a rep from at least 1 movement.
