Every 1:30 for 6 sets:

  • 4 Bar-facing burpees then 5-4-3-2-1-1 squat snatch
  • Start at ~50% (x5) and build each set in weight/decreasing reps

Conditioning

For time complete: 3-6-9-12-15 of: (10 min cap)

  • Power snatch, 95#/65#
  • C2B Pullups
