From minutes 12 – 24, Establish a Heavy Complex of

  • High Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk

From minutes 27 – 32, complete 5 Minute AMRAP of:

  • 5 Thrusters 95#/65#
  • 5 Lateral Bar-over Burpees
