Strength
Every 2:30 for 5 sets, complete:
- 5x(1 squat clean + 2 front squat)
- Start at the weight you finished last week and build
Conditioning
10 Minute AMRAP of 10-20-30-etc
- 1x Bar-facing burpees (10-20-30 etc)
- 2x Jumping lunges (20-40-60 etc)
- 3x Double unders (30-60-90-etc)
