Strength

Every 2:30 for 5 sets, complete:

  • 5x(1 squat clean + 2 front squat)
  • Start at the weight you finished last week and build

Conditioning

10 Minute AMRAP of 10-20-30-etc

  • 1x Bar-facing burpees (10-20-30 etc)
  • 2x Jumping lunges (20-40-60 etc)
  • 3x Double unders (30-60-90-etc)
