Conditioning

For time, (30 min cap):

  • Run 200m, 400m, 800m, 800m, 400m, 200m

Between all runs complete:

  • 20 KB swings, 53#/35#
  • 20 Pushups

The workout finishes with a 200m run.

Gymnastic Strength

10 minutes FOR QUALITY, completes rounds of

  • Tripod Headstand Holds
  • L-sit Holds
