- Run 200m, 400m, 800m, 800m, 400m, 200m
Between all runs complete:
- 20 KB swings, 53#/35#
- 20 Pushups
The workout finishes with a 200m run.

10 minutes FOR QUALITY, completes rounds of
- Tripod Headstand Holds
- L-sit Holds
