For quality:

  • 2 sets of 50 Double unders + 10 HSPU; Rest 2:00
  • 2 sets of 40 Double unders + 8 HSPU; Rest 1:00
  • 2 sets of 30 Double Unders + 6 HSPU
  • Adjust the set size to be a challenging unbroken set.

Conditioning

Five 2:00 rounds of

  • Bike 20/15 cal
  • 10 Double DB Deadlift, 50#/35#
  • ME Double DB Squat cleans, 50#/35# in remaining time

Rest 1:00 between rounds.  Goal is consistency.
