- 2 sets of 40 Double unders + 8 HSPU; Rest 1:00
- 2 sets of 30 Double Unders + 6 HSPU
- Adjust the set size to be a challenging unbroken set.
Conditioning
Five 2:00 rounds of
- Bike 20/15 cal
- 10 Double DB Deadlift, 50#/35#
- ME Double DB Squat cleans, 50#/35# in remaining time
Rest 1:00 between rounds. Goal is consistency.
