Rest 5:00 then 10 min alternating EMOM of

  • 20 Wall balls, 20#/14#
  • 10 Bar-facing burpee

Rest 5:00 then 10 Minute alternating EMOM of:

  • 30 Sec Hollow Hold
  • 30 Sec Arch Hold
