  • Build in load on TGU and height of box jump each round

Conditioning

In teams of 2, complete 10 Rounds of

  • 20 Wall Balls, 20#/14#
  • 30m farmers carry 70#/53#
  • 5 Burpee Box Jumps 24"/20"

Partners alternate rounds. Each round is a sprint.
